1. Instant Delivery
After successful payment, customers receive:
An instant download link on the checkout page
An email with the download link, sent automatically
Delivery time: Instant (0–2 minutes)
If the email does not appear in your inbox, check:
Spam/Junk folder
Promotions folder (Gmail)
2. No Physical Shipping
We do not ship physical products.
There are no shipping fees, delivery charges, or physical tracking numbers.
3. Download Access
Depending on the platform (WooCommerce / Gumroad):
Customers may have limited download attempts, or
Lifetime access (if enabled)
If you lose access or face issues, contact support.
4. Failed or Delayed Delivery
Delivery may fail if:
The email ID entered is incorrect
Payment is pending or has failed
Server delay (rare)
If you haven’t received your files within 5 minutes, send us your order details at [email protected], and we will resend the files manually.
5. File Updates
If a product is updated or improved:
Customers may receive updated versions at no extra cost, depending on the product type.
